The hotel is set high on a hill overlooking Enoshima Island and Mt. Fuji. The view is, simply, stunning. The village is a quiet little seaside town, which suited us perfectly. The electric train runs along the coast, linking the little towns to Kamakura. The hotel has is a swimming pool (closed when we were there), a golf driving range next door, and a lot of sea activities, such a surfing and small boat/board sailing. It would be a great spot for a few days of R&R from whirlwind touring. The hotel offers a free bus service to and from the local station, but you can walk to anywhere in the village, where there is a (limited) range of restaurants - the food we tried was excellent. The hotel also serves meals. Our room was large and comfortable, with a good amount of clothes storage, a full-size closet, a desk/make-up space and good mirror, a coffee table and chairs, and a small balcony. The bathroom is also large, with a generous sized bathtub. Everything was sparkling clean. Reception and other staff were friendly and very welcoming; communication was easy as many spoke good English. If you decide to stay, book a landmark view room on the 4th floor. Well worth the extra price. But, be warned Fuji-san is not always in view, we had a lot of sea mist on our visit so you may only get half the view you’ve paid for.

the view from the rooms are outstanding. you can see the ocean and on one day we also saw the Fujisan! it was amazing! the beds were very comfortable and you have actually everything you need in the room. the staff was really friendly and helped us changing the room, because our window was a little bit milky and we didnt had a good view. we told the staff at the front desk and they immediatly looked for another room, in which we could change.

Mone

We loved the room, we had an amazing view of the town and could even see Mt Fuji! There was also a shuttle bus to the nearest station that was offered, which we greatly appreciated. The station was only 10 mins away by foot but it feels much longer when you’re pulling your luggage! The bed was HUGE, and so comfortable. The staff were lovely, we had a lovely stay there.

From the hotel's podium, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the ocean and Enoshima Island. It's a perfect spot for capturing stunning sunset photos. The hotel is just within 5-minute walk to Shichirigahama Beach and 10 10-minute drive to Enoshima Island. The Japanese dinner at Onzoushi Kiyoyasutei, located next to the hotel, is excellent but a bit pricey.

The hotel is 5 min walking distance from the beach and the same distance to subway station, two very popular and decent restaurants (bills & double door). Room is spacious with great view of the island and extremely quiet. I've stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything is just perfect. Hope to return to Kamakura soon.
